Oda's special illustration for this issue is Nami wielding the Santoryu. One Piece Magazine Vol. 13 is the thirteenth publication of One Piece Magazine, the series produced to celebrate the 20th anniversary of One Piece.

The magazine has a special focus on Chapter 1000: The detailed storyboard is provided compared to the final version of the chapter. Complete coverage of Volumes 99, 100 and 101 is given. Detailed coverage of Chapters 999 and 1000 is given. Oda gives a multi-page interview. Kaido's Uo Uo no Mi, Seiryu pattern and Yamato's Inu Inu no Mi, Okuchi no Makami pattern are shown.
